Description
Representing the eponymous work of Japanese artist Utagawa Hiroshige, Fujikawa is a panel depicting a winter landscape. Exhibited at the National Museum of Asian Arts – Guimet and from the archives of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux, the original print draws a character and his horse on the way on a snow-covered road, surrounded by trees leading to the village visible in the distance in the background of creation. A black frame gives the impression of looking at a postcard. The colors used reflect the atmosphere in which the scene takes place. This coating brings poetry and serenity to your space.
